  • Items that have been modified or tampered with.
  • Gift cards or downloadable software products.
  • Products marked as final sale.

4. Return Process

  3. Ship the Item: Send the item back to the address provided in the return authorization.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In cases of defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
